"Character is how you act when no one is looking."

That's one of my favorite sayings, because I believe honesty and integrity are essential in every situation. Maybe that's because I grew up in a small town, working on various farms where people were always honest with me. I enjoyed the work and quickly decided to find a career in agriculture. With a Plant Pathology degree from Purdue University, I was ready to get started. I began in sales with Cargill, then moved to an agronomist position with DeKalb in Ohio, where I spent eight very informative years.

"I then had an opportunity to become Director of Agronomy for Callahan Seeds in Indiana. I later advanced to Marketing and Product Development Manager when Callahan merged with LG Seeds. I couldn't resist the opportunity to become part of the unique iCORN concept. iCORN gives me a chance to do something innovative that offers farmers a unique choice and gives them the opportunity to be more profitable.

My entire professional career has been in the seed business and I enjoy it immensely. Most of that time has been spent in product selection and agronomy. I have led an incredibly blessed life and strive to share those blessings with others.

My role at iCORN is to manage our product line and our igronomy service. I will also lead the igronomy team to ensure we deliver first-class service, with honesty and integrity. I am genuinely honored to serve you as an iCORN manager.
