Steve Hilger, President. With nearly three decades of seed industry experience, Steve understands all aspects of developing and managing a quality seed program, from research to customer service. Jim Wolf, Operations and Customer Service Manager. Jim grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Ohio and has never strayed from his agricultural roots. His many decades of agribusiness experience include positions within the fertilizer and crop protection industries, as well as 18 years in customer service and management with seed companies. Barry Soliday, Agronomist /Corn Product Manager. Barry joined the iCORN team in February of 2008. Barry will manage our presence in Illinois and be an integral part in deciding our corn product line. Ryan Klamfoth, Agronomist /Soybean Product Manager. Ryan joined the iCORN team in January of 2008. He will be developing new customer relationships in OH as well as servicing Jim Schwartz' current customers. Ryan will also serve as the iCORN lead on soybeans.
