I joined the iCORN family in 2000. The seed corn industry was new to me; however, customer service has been my favorite arena. Each job that I have had leading up to iCORN has prepared me for the high level of customer service that iCORN delivers.
Serving as the Office Manager means that I get to help support everyone at iCORN. My responsibilities are to facilitate customer service, provide Information and Technology assistance and give positive feedback on matters at hand. I have had over 18 years working in Information Technology in addition to Customer Service.
I enjoy working with our customers. It has been a great experience for me to learn all of the aspects concerning Agriculture and Agri-business over these past years.
